Privacy Policy

a trade name (fictitious name) of Beyond Generation Corporation

Effective Date / Last Updated: August 21, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Beyond Generation Corporation, doing business as Local Boost Pro ("Local Boost Pro," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website at www.local-boost.pro (the "Site"), submit an inquiry, become a client, or otherwise interact with us in connection with our website design, marketing, AI video, and funnel/automation services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or provide us with personal information.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site, through client onboarding and project communications, and through the marketing and advertising accounts we manage on behalf of clients where we act on the client's instructions. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or platforms that we do not control, even if linked from our Site or used to deliver a client's campaign (see Section 11, Third-Party Links & Platforms).

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact or consultation form, request a quote, sign a Service Agreement, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, billing and payment details, website and social media URLs, and the content of your messages to us.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and general location (city/region level) derived from your IP address.
  • Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third-party platforms you connect to us (e.g., a Facebook/Instagram Business account, Google Business Profile, or ad account you grant us access to), from payment processors, and from publicly available sources, which we may combine with information collected directly from you.
  • Client campaign data. Where we manage marketing, advertising, or CRM services on behalf of a client, we may process that client's customers' or prospects' personal information (e.g., leads, ad audiences, email lists) solely as instructed by the client and for the purpose of delivering the Services. In that context, the client is the data controller, and we act as a service provider/processor on the client's behalf.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies on the Site for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies - needed for the Site to function properly (e.g., loading pages, form submission, security).
  • Analytics cookies - such as Google Analytics, used to understand how visitors use the Site, which pages perform well, and where traffic comes from.
  • Advertising & remarketing cookies - such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google Ads remarketing tags, used to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other platforms based on your visit to our Site.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking certain cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no common industry standard for honoring them exists.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and deliver the Services under a Service Agreement
  • Communicate with you about your project, invoices, and account
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our Services
  • Send marketing communications about our own services, which you may opt out of at any time (see Section 8)
  • Measure and improve the performance of marketing campaigns we run for clients, using aggregated or client-instructed data
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Local Boost Pro, our clients, and others

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers - third parties that help us operate our business, such as website hosting providers, CRM and marketing automation platforms, email delivery services, payment processors, scheduling tools, and cloud storage providers, who are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
  • Advertising & analytics platforms - such as Meta and Google, which receive data via pixels/tags as described in Section 4, subject to those platforms' own privacy policies.
  • Professional advisors - such as accountants, auditors, or attorneys, where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal & safety purposes - where required to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Local Boost Pro, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Choices

You have several choices regarding your information:

  • Marketing emails - you may opt out of promotional emails from us at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails, or by contacting us directly.
  • Cookies - you can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, and where applicable, through a cookie banner or preferences tool on the Site.
  • Ad platform controls - you can manage interest-based advertising through your Facebook/Instagram and Google account ad settings, or through industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
  • Account/project information - clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about them by contacting us using the details in Section 13, subject to our legitimate business, contractual, and legal recordkeeping needs.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and disclosed
  • Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA) - Local Boost Pro does not sell personal information, and the use of advertising cookies/pixels described in Section 4 may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can limit using the controls in Section 8
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

11. Third-Party Links & Platforms

The Site and our Services may include links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and platforms (e.g., social media pages, ad platforms, scheduling tools, payment processors) that we do not own or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on the Site, and where appropriate, communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
